السيد/ حمد صالح مطلق، مريض يبلغ من العمر ٦٢ سنة، كان يعاني من شلل نصفي في الجهة اليمنى من جسمه بسبب جلطة دماغية، إضافة إلى إصابته ببعض الأمراض المزمنة مثل: مرض أديسون ، قصور في الغدة الدرقية ، زيادة في عدد الصفائح الدموية (كثرة الصفيحات الأساسية) ، ورم وعائي دموي ظهر بعد عملية جراحية سابقة. جاء إلينا وهو يعاني من ضعف شديد في الجهة اليمنى من جسمه المستمر لمدة سنة ونصف الماضي. بعد مرور شهر من الرعاية المتكاملة التي شملت:علاج الآيورفيدا ، علاج الطبيعي ، علاج النطق ، العلاج الوظيفي
بدأ المريض يُظهر تحسنًا واضحًا، حيث لاحظنا: زيادة في قوة عضلاته ، انخفاض في التشنجات العضلية ، تحسن ملحوظ في قدرته على الكلام. وأصبح الآن قادرًا على المشي بمساعدة. قمنا بإعداد برنامج علاجي منزلي له لمدة شهرين، وبعد انتهائه، سيعود إلينا لاستكمال خطة العلاج.

Mr. Hamad Salih Mutlaq, a 62-year-old patient diagnosed with right hemiplegia post-CVA along with Addison’s disease, hypothyroidism, essential thrombocytosis, and post-surgery hemangioblastoma, came to us with weakness on the right side of his body for the past 1.5 years. After one month of integrated care, including Ayurveda, physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy, he showed remarkable improvements—muscle power increased, spasticity reduced, speech enhanced.Now patient is able to walk with support.we have given home programme for a period of 2 months and afterthat he will return back to continue our treatments.

السيدة / أروى بنت عبد الله الشريف (٤٢ سنة / أنثى) شُخِّصت بحالة تُعرف بالشلل الرباعي التشنجي التقدمي، بالإضافة إلى التصلب الجانبي البدني، ومشاكل في القدم مثل إبهام القدم الأروح والقدم المسطحة في القدم اليسرى. كانت تعاني منذ سنتين من ضعف التوازن وصعوبة في المشي. تلقت أروى علاجًا متكاملاً شمل: علاج الآيورفيدا (طب تقليدي هندي) ، علاج الطبيعي ، علاج النطق. وبفضل هذا العلاج المتكامل، بدأت حالتها تتحسن بشكل ملحوظ، حيث: خفّ التشنج في عضلاتها ، زادت حركة مفصل الكاحل ، أصبحت عضلات الجذع أقوى ، تحسّن هيكل جسمها العام ، تحسن مشيها وتوازنها ، صار تنفّسها أفضل ، تحسّن صوتها وأصبح أكثر وضوحًا وثباتًا. رحلة السيدة أروى تُظهر لنا كيف يمكن للرعاية الصحية المتكاملة أن تُعيد للإنسان قوته وتوازنه وثقته بنفسه.

Arwa Binth Abdullah Alsharif (42/Female), diagnosed with Progressive Spastic Tetraparesis, PLS, Hallux Valgus and Pes Plano Valgus (Left), had been experiencing imbalance and difficulty in walking for the past 2 years. She has been treated with Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, and Speech Therapy and had remarkable improvements — spasticity reduced,ankle mobility has increased,core strength,posture has improved,gait and balance got better, respiratory rate has enhanced, vocal loudness and stability has improved.
