If eating healthy feels mentally exhausting,
it’s not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s usually because you’ve been given too many rules,
too many “do’s and don’ts,” and not enough clarity on what actually works for you.

Most people don’t struggle with food — they struggle with decision fatigue around food and over time, that turns into confusion, inconsistency, and guilt.

The goal isn’t to eat “perfectly.” The goal is to make eating feel simple again.

You removed dairy.

Because what’s often missed is this — digestion is not just about what you eat, but how, when, and in what state you eat. Irregular meals, rushed eating, stress, and long gaps between meals can affect your gut more than a single food ever will.

Most people with IBS are told one thing:
“Just avoid certain foods.”
But if it were that simple, your symptoms would already be gone.
What I often see in my practice is that IBS patterns are rarely random.
They’re influenced by things people don’t usually track — stress levels, sleep quality, meal timing, and even where you are in your menstrual cycle.
When you start mapping patterns instead of guessing triggers, things begin to make sense.
