As the name says.. it is a disorder and not a disease. We just have get back in order which is currently not in the right way

On physical level, As most of us know Auto immune disorder is condition where our own immune system attacks our own body and the attack can be in any part which is most vulnerable in your body. So basically this is a fight between you and your own self.

Now let's see this on emotional level, this fight between your own body cells is the result of your emotional fight between your own thoughts and your inner belief system.
Let me explain in brief..
For example, you are woman who is well settled in a good job and also loves to enjoy good family time with spouse and children.
At this Time you are so successful in your career with name , fame and money , and you find no reason to quit it any way. But as your heart desires to spend quality time with family is lost in this process....
And you know that this is happening....but you just leave it unattended, saying "IT's OK" to yourself.

Now, here the internal fight has triggered , between Mind and Heart. Your own heart desires something, which is actually needed for you, but your mind ignores it and tries to push it down...this what exactly is happening in the immune system in case of auto immune disorder... Your healthy cells are killed assuming that they are pathogens.This is the result of loss of self connection.

At this stage you have to really take time out to connect to your inner self and analyse what's going wrong inside you or life. Relax yourself and work on your body and mind observing each step. Once you start working on these...you will see your symptoms start to diminish and day you are out of your inner emotional fight..within no time you see yourself healthy again .. ❤️

Pranayama is the 4th limb of Astanga Yoga. In sanskrit "PRANA" means "Life Energy"
"YAMA" is to "control".
PRANAYAMA means To control life energy within our body.
Beyond its known mental and physical health benefits , Pranayama brings about great changes in our life, if done properly. If we observe our breathing pattern while we are angry, we will know that it is faster than usual.similarly our breathing pattern varies under different mental states, and we can do it vice versa as well i.e if you can consciously change your breathing pattern it will thereby change your mental state. When we learn to observe our breathing pattern And modify it as per our need, it brings up to us many miraculous changes in our life. Pranayama is the most effective way of calming our mind and eventually helps in Going into deep states of meditation and its suggested to do pranayama before starting meditation.

What if LIFE is just a DREAM?🤔
 
I am motivated to write on this topic after waking up from a dream with lot of emotions and added fear. Though I dont remember the dream now, I still remember the feeling i have experienced in that dream. Though its normal for evreyone of us , one day
 when I suddenly woke up from  that dream and realised that its just a DREAM, has given rise to a thought - "What if the life we are living with same kind of emotions and fears is actually a dream of a long sleep from which we are still not awake nor we are aware that its a dream !!"

This is what we exactly experience in our daily sleep and we experience all the emotions in the dreams as if they are real and any sudden experience of death or fall from height results in abrupt wake up from the dream like in the movie INCEPTION🎥.
 
When i relate this to our life, it raised to a question in my mind that - "what if we wake up from this long dream of life at the time of our death , and we realise that all these emotions and fears, which we are experiencing now in awake state are actually just a dream"🤔
 
As we know that all our dreams are result of our daily activities and memory of our subconscious mind,similarly what if all our emotions and situations of our life are
also a play of mind which had memories and thoughts of past life carried to our present life ?
 
 
If this sounds reasonable, then just by modifying and changing our thoughts we can change our life as per our wish, Right?
This view of mine is aptly supported by - "Law of attraction" which is widely famous for making affirmations to manifest our wishes into our life❣.

⭐⭐Simplicity is the key to happiness⭐⭐
On this note, here is one of the simplest and yet most beneficial asana - ⭐"APANASANA"⭐
If you are the one with bloating issues or the one facing difficulty in losing abdominal fat or just want to stretch and relax your back after long hours of work... then "APANASANA" is the one for you.

How to do🤔?
Step 1: Lie down on the back, draw the knees gently in toward the chest.
Step 2: Inhaling, gently and slowly release the knees slightly away from the chest; exhaling, gently hug them in.
Step 3: Repeat above knee movement for few breathes. Remember to take deep breathes and long exhales.

Points to Note:
1. As simple as this appears, take it easy on the lower back.
2. Donot forcebly press the knees to chest.Its okay if you cannot bring knees to the chest, Let it come as much as possible as per your body. Slowly with constant practice , you will be able to bring them to chest.
3. While doing the asana try to focus on your lower back and lower abdomen.
4. And lastly but most importantly try keep focus on the breathing, though its a bit confusing in the start, you will like it eventually.

PEACE of mind😇 is the demand of the day in current situations. Most people are exposed to toughest situations of their lives during this pandemic, few are fighting with health and few others with relationships at home .
How to keep ourselves at peace amid of these situations? 🤔How can we help ourselves and thereby support people around us?? 🤔

There are many ways to achieve this.. below are the few.
1. Find the any activity that you love so much, which keeps you engaged completely both physically(includes body movement🤸⛹️🏃🏋️) and mentally without allowing any other thought. Do this activity atleast 30 minutes every day.

Do you think it's True..? Well yes, this is a well established fact which we have ever thought of before.. We know that laughing😀, crying😭 or any disease like covid🦠 can be contagious. We never knew that Peace can also be contagious🤷 atleast I didn't know this before until I experience by myself. Now I can confidently say that , yes PEACE😇 is contagious!!!

How is it contagious ??? 🙄🤔
How can individual peace of mind can bring peace to people around us??🤔🤔
This need to be given a thought.. Interpret your own life and go back to a situation when you are at pain. How was your interaction with people in those days.. how those people felt after interacting with you? Were they happy or they were also pulled into pain ?
Hmmm.., They might have either felt sad for your pain or victim of our agressive behaviour of anger which is indirect expression of our pain.

Now think of days of happy moments..
Environment between you and the people around you, it must be completely opposite of above right.
Similar is the case with Mental Peace. When our own individual mind is at peace our interaction with people changes.. we see things more clearly..we avoid anything that disturbs our peace. We learn to follow our heart resolving conflicts of our own mind and heart. By doing so we avoid many conflict with people around us. By doing right things with clear and peaceful mind will bring peace to you and your tribe. It's all about your Vibe.
So Try cultivating PEACE in your own mind.
