How to Transit from Fallen Star (Easy Version) to Warrior Two.
Remember as always.
• Exhale on the transitions
• Inhale-exhale when you arrive there to expand and relax
• Keep Core muscles engaged to support the arrival poses
• the 70 % Rule : Aim for 70% of the the full pose to ensure safety for your spine while the body warms up.
