Have you heard of Brazil nuts!?

Brazil nuts provide healthy fats, antioxidants and they are particularly rich in Selenium which improves our thyroid function. A healthy thyroid helps us in maintaining metabolism, body temperature, heart rate and so much more. Furthermore, it helps to reduce inflammation in our body. The list goes on and on, all for a small routine of eating 1-2 Brazil nuts per day.
