In men, the disease is often detected at a later stage.
Many patients experience little to no symptoms in the early stages.Early detection significantly improves treatment outcomes.
Most thyroid cancers are highly treatable with timely medical care.Regular health check-ups and awareness play a key role in prevention and early diagnosis.

Plastic itself doesn’t directly cause cancer, but some chemicals in plastics can increase risk over time, especially when plastics are heated or reused. To stay safer, avoid heating food in plastic and prefer glass or steel containers.

Not all thyroid lumps cause cancer.

Most thyroid lumps (nodules) are benign (non-cancerous). In fact, only about 5–10% of thyroid nodules turn out to be cancerous. Regular evaluation with ultrasound and, if needed, FNAC helps identify the small fraction that require treatment.
