👉Dussehra is more than just a celebration of ancient mythological tales; it is a reminder of the timeless values of courage, righteousness, and devotion that continue to resonate with people today.
🌟The word “Dussehra” is derived from the Sanskrit words “Dasha” (meaning ten) and “Hara” (meaning defeat), referring to the victory of Lord Rama over the ten-headed demon king, Ravana.
🌞The festival also marks the day when Goddess Durga defeated Mahishasura after a fierce battle that lasted nine days, symbolising the ultimate triumph of good over evil.
🌱Similarly we have to be victorious in achieving a healthy state of mind and body for a happier life for ourselves and our family.
🗣️It’s important to talk about our mental health with someone we trust, and seek professional care when we need it, just as we would with a physical injury or ailment.👥
