If the new month is calling you to make positive changes in your routine
you can't miss on these 5 things....
1. Remember WHY you want to make these changes, infact write it down amd read it often, this won't allow you to get side tracked.
2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
3.Drink your water, the best tip is to fill your water bottles daily the 1st thing in the morning and drink the water through out the day........
4.Sleep for 7 to 8 hrs daily.
5.Exercise daily for atleast 30 mins.
