On the occasion of World Diabetes Day today, the 14th of November, we started the Diabetes Awareness week with the auspicious lighting of the Lamp by our Directors, Doctors and the Management of Victor Hospital.

We had a tremendous turnout today with people from different parts of Goa and we expect the same to continue along the week.

Kudos to all the attendees of this awareness camp who took the decision of attending the camp, many of whom were unaware of their high sugar levels.
This awareness camp would be a week long program starting today till 20th November from 9 am to 1 pm.

On the event on World Diabetes Day which is on 14th November, we intend to 'Shine a light on Diabetes' to you. Diabetes if left undiagnosed or untreated, can lead to multiple complications resulting in significant morbidity and mortality.
