Utthita Hasta Padangushthasana is a balance posture that asks for patience more than flexibility.

We begin by grounding through the standing leg, finding stability in the breath, and lengthening the spine before extending the lifted leg.

Using a strap or bending the knee is never a step back — it’s part of building mindful alignment.

With each wobble, the body learns, and the mind steadies.

This pose reminds us that balance is a practice, not a performance.
