‘INDIANS DESERVE WORLD CLASS MEDICAL TREATMENT & WORLD CLASS SERVICE AT AN INDIAN COST.’ Hence my mission is, ‘….and miles to go before I sleep.’

"BONE & JOINT CARE CENTRE" is my first move towards full-filling my mission. My dictum, MOTION IS LIFE, an innovative, to make us realize we need to be active till the last, that age is no barrier to curtail lifestyle, that there is no disease called old age, and we should know to live happily pain-free forever. To achieve this goal, we need to interact not only the people in pain, but also to impart education to the rest, as to how to care the bones and joints to delay Osteoporosis and arthritis. The advantages of physical therapy and Yogasans in joint care. The merits and demerits of sports activity on various joints. In JOINT REPLACEMENTS, I want to educate the people in selecting a joint for replacement, from the various hiked and over advertised joints in the market. Before going for a replacement every individual ought to know the right joint for there age, in there diseased condition, at an honest price. Joint replacement is not just a routine surgery, where the results of the surgery are out at the end of the procedure nor are the result dependent to the cost of the implant used, as most think so. It is multi-factorial, the benefits of which can be enjoyed by the patient for the next 10-15 years. The factors which determines the end results are [1] careful selection of a patient [2] knowing the patients’ needs [3] a honest advice of the various possibilities and complication in the procedure [4] making understanding the surgery well [5] financial constraints [6] a good surgical technique [7] Aggressive postoperative physiotherapy [8] care of the artificial joint used. Lastly, the experience in SPORTS MEDICINE I have gained at the knee centre in Australia and as the vice-president of Goa Body building association, wants to involve the youngsters who are involved in sports and body building activities, to educate then and avoid sports injuries, living a health, long, winning career in their sports career.

Meniscus injuries are common causes of knee pain and should never be ignored. The first step includes rest and ice application, followed by an MRI scan to identify the type and location of the tear. Treatment depends on the tear zone—some heal with physiotherapy, while others need arthroscopic surgery. Early diagnosis ensures faster recovery and protects long-term knee health.

Robotic surgery adds accuracy to joint replacement. Robots follow guidance from CT scans and surgeon inputs to assist in bone cuts. They don’t see the leg or fix implants on their own.
