She tried staying active through out her pregnancy, followed the exercise routine diligently.Above all , she understood the process of labour very well, handled herself at home in the initial phase of labour and by the time she reached hospital, she was already 4-5cm dilated and took it from there on…
Key here is - regular antenatal visits, following all the guidance , making herself mentally strong than physically and trusting the process.
