Presented my cases and surgical technique of ligament reconstruction for “Posterolateral Elbow Instability”. Avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femoral head is a progressive condition resulting from compromised blood supply, leading to bone death and joint collapse. Stem cell therapy offers a promising regenerative option, especially in early stages (Ficat I–II). The most commonly used approach involves core decompression combined with autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), which are harvested from the iliac crest and injected into the necrotic area. These stem cells promote angiogenesis and osteogenesis, potentially halting disease progression and delaying or preventing the need for total hip arthroplasty.

It was a great honour to have participated as Faculty for the conference on "Complex Trauma of Lower Extremities" at New Delhi. Presented my case of Supra-patellar Nailing for Proximal Third Tibia Fracture. My sincere thanks to Prof. Vivek Trikha sir & Dr. Samarth Mittal sir from AIIMS New Delhi and the organisers from "Sorath Ortho" for the invitation. It was a great learning and sharing experience with all the other distinguished faculties.
