IAPEN INDIA Meerut Chapter is organising a "Virtual Walkathon & Hydration Challenge" on the occasion of World Sports Day !


male and female both / for Iapen and non IAPEN members

Target - 10,000 steps per day & water consumption according to your body weight (as calculated by our dietitian)

~Registration Date - 11th August 2024 to 18th August 2024
~Challenge will start from - 20th August 2024 to 29th August 2024

You can use any of these suggested apps (or others) to track your step count like:-

- Activity Tracker
- Steps App
- My Fitness Pal
- Charity Miles
- Pedometer
- Pacer
