Daddy’s shoulders

There is nothing that fills me with more joy then carrying my kids. My youngest is now obsessed with being on daddy’s shoulders.

It occurred to me that I always want to be able to lend my children “daddy’s shoulders.”

Parenting is hard work. We give so much of our time and energy to our kids. And often there is little left for us.

Many of my clients are parents that have struggled with finding time and energy to train regularly and eat well.

I understand the challenges of parenting and the drive to want to be strong and healthy for our family.
