Since 2021, he had been living with arthritis.
Heavy steroids. Temporary relief. Pain returning again and again.

When he came for consultation, the goal wasn’t just pain control — it was long-term stability without dependency.

With the right diagnosis, structured treatment, and careful tapering, the steroids were stopped… and today, he’s moving comfortably again.

Real recovery is not about quick fixes.
It’s about the right plan at the right time.

Grateful for the trust patients place in me.

Knee pain doesn’t start in the gym — but it often gets worse there.

For many people in their 40s and 50s, extra weight quietly increases pressure on the knee joint. Add sudden jogging or high-impact exercise, and the patello-femoral joint, cartilage, and surrounding muscles take the hit.

That’s when simple things begin to hurt:
climbing stairs, sitting for long drives, even daily walking.

The right approach is not to stop moving —
it’s to start correctly.
Weight control, joint assessment, and guided strengthening always come before intense exercise.

Because joints must first support your body
before they support your workouts.

Knock knees in kids aren’t always “just a phase.” 👀

In some children, uneven bone growth, Vitamin D deficiency, rickets, or an injury near the knee can slowly change how the legs grow. What looks harmless early on can later cause walking difficulty, ligament imbalance, and even early osteoarthritis.

The key is age and angle.
• In kids under 6, mild valgus can be normal
• Up to 15° is often acceptable
• Between 6–10 years, growth plates can still be guided
• After full growth, correction needs a different approach

Early checks can mean simple monitoring or medication.
Delayed diagnosis may mean surgery later.

When it comes to growing bones, timing matters more than treatment.

Why would a 65-year-old be advised shoulder replacement surgery? 🤔
It’s rarely because of just one injury.

In many cases, it’s a combination of
• irreparable rotator cuff damage
• age-related wear and tear
• degenerative shoulder conditions
• or a fractured humeral head

When the shoulder can no longer function despite conservative treatment, reverse shoulder arthroplasty becomes a reliable option — but only for the right patient.

This surgery works best for patients who are active and mobile.
It is usually not advised for bed-ridden patients.

The key isn’t the surgery itself.
It’s knowing who actually benefits from it.

Hip replacement is called one of the most successful surgeries for a reason.

When pain comes from a damaged acetabulum and femoral head, replacing only the worn-out parts with the right implant components can completely change mobility and quality of life.

Metal or ceramic head.
Polyethylene or ceramic liner.
Each part has a role — and each decision matters.

This clip shows what actually gets replaced and why outcomes are so reliable when surgery is done correctly.

The posterior approach is the oldest and most commonly used technique in hip replacement, and it offers several important advantages.

It allows clear visibility of the hip joint, better surgical control, and is an approach most surgeons are well trained and experienced in.

But like every surgical technique, there are disadvantages as well.
And that’s where choosing the right approach becomes important.

This clip is only a part of the full explanation.

My reset moment before every surgery. 🔋

Putting on the gown and gloves is never just routine.
It’s a quiet reminder of the trust a patient places in me, the precision the moment demands, and the responsibility that comes with every decision made inside the operating room.

No matter how long the day has been, this moment brings focus, clarity, and purpose.
Because behind every surgery is a person hoping to walk better, live better, and return to their life with less pain.

That responsibility is what keeps my passion alive — every single day.

Inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis can be managed very well in most of the cases if proper precautions are managed.

**Is knee replacement the only solution for knee pain?** 🤔
Not always — **the stage of osteoarthritis makes all the difference.**

From **Stage 0** with no pain and a normal X-ray
to **Stage 4** where cartilage is completely worn out and bones rub together —
each stage needs a **different treatment plan**, not guesswork.

Early stages can be managed.
Advanced stages may need surgery.
**Knee replacement is necessary only in the final stage.**

Know your stage before choosing your treatment.
It can prevent years of pain — or an unnecessary operation.
