Recently, I asked my audience:
Home remedies or skincare?
And honestly, the biggest problem I saw wasn’t acne,
it was confusion.
One day you try DIY remedies, the next day you switch to skincare
and then you say “nothing works for me.”
The truth?
It’s not acne that’s damaging your skin the most,
it’s this constant switching.

No consistency = no results
Random remedies = irritation
Delayed treatment = worse skin

Your skin doesn’t need experiments.
It needs consistency and the right treatment.

No stress but still facing random skin issues?

Here’s the truth- recently I had made a video on stress causing skin issues but stress is just one part of it, you fixed your stress… but your skin didn’t fix itself?
Because breakouts aren’t just about stress.
Think: gut imbalance, hormones, sleep cycles & daily habits.
Your skin never gets ruined casually, there’s a reason behind it.

You’re not ageing fast… you’re just dehydrated.!

Most people blame skincare when their skin looks dull, dry, or tired but the real issue might be much simpler: not drinking enough water.

Your skin is the first to show signs of dehydration - tightness, fine lines, irritation, and that “lifeless” look you can’t fix with products alone.

No serum can fully work if your body is running low on hydration.
Drink water consistently.
Because glowing skin isn’t just applied, it’s built from within.
Follow for simple, science-based skin tips.

Stressed out? Your skin feels it too!
Studies show stress can trigger acne, eczema, and psoriasis flare-ups. But here’s the good news: mindfulness and meditation can help!

Research found psoriasis patients who meditated healed faster than those who didn’t. Stress spikes cortisol, keeping your body in “fight or flight,” while meditation activates your parasympathetic nerves switching your body to “calm & repair” mode.

⚠️ Meditation isn’t a replacement for proper dermatological care, but a calm mind creates the perfect environment for your skin to heal.
Treat your stress, treat your skin!

Play Holi Smart, Stay Skin-Safe!
Holi is about colors, joy, and celebration, but your skin deserves protection too. Chemical-based colors can cause dryness, irritation, allergies, and long-term damage if not handled properly.
Before stepping out to celebrate:
-Wear full clothes to minimize direct contact with colors.
-Apply coconut oil or a light oil on your skin and hair to create a protective barrier.
-Don’t forget your scalp and the delicate area around your eyes.

During Holi:
-Rinse exposed skin occasionally so colors don’t dry and settle deep into your pores.
After playing:
-Wash off with clean water first, then use a mild soap.
-Avoid harsh detergents or strong cleansers that can damage your skin barrier.

Holi is for colours, not dermatologist visit!

Harsh chemical colors can cause irritation, allergies, pigmentation, and dryness.
-Apply moisturizer or barrier cream before colors
-Use natural or herbal powders
-Wash gently and hydrate in between and after play

Wishing you all a very happy and safe Holi!

Dog bite? Let’s clear 2 common doubts.

1) Even if the dog is vaccinated, medical evaluation is still necessary, there might still be a risk of rabies.

2) If you’ve taken Anti-Rabies vaccine in the last 1–5 years, you usually don’t need the full course again- only boosters, and immunoglobulin is generally not required.

Rabies is preventable, delay is dangerous.
Save & share this with your loved ones.

Acne isn’t a one-visit fix, it’s a process. When you see a dermatologist, the goal isn’t instant perfection… it’s steady progress.
Acne is a hormonal and inflammation-driven condition, which means it takes time, consistency, and patience to truly heal. The real win? Gradually reducing breakouts, calming inflammation, and building healthier skin long-term.
Trust the process. Trust the science. Your skin is on a journey, not a deadline.

Most people do THIS wrong after an animal bite, specially dog bites. Don’t be one of them.

If a dog bites you, what you do in the first few minutes can literally save your life.
Rabies is almost 100% fatal once symptoms start, but it is 100% preventable if you act FAST.

-Wash the wound with running water and soap for 15 minutes.
-Apply povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine.
-Start the anti-rabies vaccine on Day 0, 3, 7, 14 & 28.
-Deep or high-risk wounds need Rabies Immunoglobulin (RIG) with the first dose.
And remember:
-Rabies can spread not only from dogs but also from cats, monkeys, bats, foxes, and other mammals. -Every animal bite should be taken seriously.
-Don’t apply chilli, haldi, toothpaste, oil, or home remedies.

Don’t wait for symptoms.
Don’t ignore even a small scratch.
Act fast. Wash. Vaccinate. Protect your life.
