How pushing backfires and increases resistance

Why emotional presence matters more than pressure

In this reel, Dr Anuj Rastogi explains:
✔️ Why calcium & vitamins are not the cause
✔️ The real reason behind white nail spots
✔️ When parents should worry (rare cases)
✔️ Why unnecessary supplements should be avoided

Picky eating is not a problem to fix.
It’s a skill your child is still learning.

Go slow.
Less pressure, more patience.
Eating improves when children feel safe.

• Oral sensory issues
• Texture aversion

Early identification and guidance can make a big difference in your child’s growth and development.

Told them so many times, still no changes?
Maybe the problem isn’t your child.
Maybe it’s the approach.

Children don’t change with reminders.
They change with connection, consistency & clarity.
As a pediatrician, I see this every day in my clinic.
Small shifts → big results.
