34 yrs old male presented with obsinate constipation since almost 1 n half year with enough medical attention from various pathies ....having h/o peptic perforation in 2016-surgical correction was done for them....due to such constipation he was prone to have hemorrhoidal complication so to avoid impending surgery told by his surgeon....consulted homoeopathy.
he also had episodes of recurrent urti due to cold things and swimming pool aspirations...beside that vit b12 def was also present in the sick.
