Sharing an interesting case operated by Dr Rinki singh ( Gynecologist)
A young lady was suffering from Bleeding per vaginum due to uterine fibroid of about 4 kilogram weight. She consulted here to Dr Rinki singh. After all necessary investigation, surgery was performed. Patient was happily discharged without any complications.
Public awareness is very important for early diagnosis and treatment of such disease.

Wishing happy doctors day to all my friends . Indeed it is a great profession serving mankind. Today we celebrated at our campus and prayed to god to give strength to continue serving people better in future.
I also want to thanks my patient for having faith on my institutions. I promise to give better service at reasonable cost taking care of poor patient.
I want to share that Pediatric doctor is also available here from today . People can take that service too.

Sharing a case where result was doubted but finally it united well.
Severely communitted fracture of tibia and segmental fibula. 2 to 3 punctured wound with swelling. Neuro vascular was intact.
Initially managed with Ex- Fix, and waited till soft tissues permitted.
It was a like bones in bag, most of the fragments were devoid of soft tissues lying freely . I took out segmental fractured fibula and inserted in medullary canal and achieved a pillar and dual plating was done. Lots of cancellous grafts from both iliac crest were put.
Finally after seven months union achieved and patient walking happily.
