is simply emotion that hasn’t had space to be understood yet.

Anger, grief, guilt, fear, pain,
they often appear tangled because they’ve been held in for too long.

When emotions are acknowledged instead of avoided,
they slowly move toward acceptance, release, and self-compassion.
