Seema a 44-year-old female patient from Ambala was diagnosed with right sphenoid wing meningioma and was operated (craniotomy + tumor excision) on 22 September 2021, at Indus International Hospital under Dr. Rajneesh Kumar (Mch Neurosurgery). Post-surgery, patient was discharged on 3rd Oct 2021 with tracheostomy tube, NG Tube and Foley’s catheter. The patient was semi-conscious condition GSC Score 8 with 2nd degree pressure sores on left earlobe and buttocks. Through dedicated care of Ms. Sukhjinder trained Caretaker from KS Homecare the patient was nurtured back to good health here they are post removal of tracheostomy tube.
