In prenatal yoga, keep a slow inhale and a soft, longer exhale. Keep the belly relaxed and never hold your breath. Let the breath guide the movement.

2. Safety

Avoid deep twists and strong backbends. No pressure on the belly. Move slowly, use props, and stop instantly if anything feels uncomfortable.
