Not every Sunday is meant for noise — some are meant to be felt. Today started with peaceful darshan at a small village temple of Mata Mansa Devi, where simplicity held deep devotion. A gentle little trek through nature, fresh air touching the soul, followed by slow, mindful yoga under the open sky. In those quiet moments, I felt calm, grateful, and beautifully connected within — a day of stillness, faith, and soft inner joy. 🌿🧘‍♀️🙏🏻✨

Breathing is the foundation of yoga.
When you sit calmly in Sukhasana and bring awareness to your breath, the body begins to relax naturally.
True breathing happens from the belly, not the shoulders.
As you inhale, allow the stomach to gently expand, and as you exhale, let it draw inward.
This simple awareness helps correct your breathing pattern, calms the nervous system, and brings you back into the present moment.
Practice this a few times daily to reconnect with your natural rhythm of breath.

Through conscious movement and breath, yoga helps us channel our energy both inward and outward. Hip- and leg-focused asanas gently activate the muladhara chakra in the pelvic region, allowing prana to rise through the body. As this energy flows upward, it awakens other chakras, clears blockages in the nadis, and creates space for emotional release and mental clarity.
