Phimosis is a condition where the fo****in is too tight to be pulled back. Phimosis is normal in babies and toddlers, but in older children it may be the result of a skin condition that has caused scarring.

A sebaceous cyst is a small lump or bump under the skin. This type of cyst is not cancerous. They are most often found on the face, neck, upper back, and upper chest, but can occur on other sites of the body as well. Usually a sebaceous cyst grows very slowly and doesn't cause pain.However, they can become inflamed or infected, with the overlying skin becoming red, tender, and sore.
Sebaceous Cyst occurs in the sebaceous gland that produces oil called sebum which is responsible for coating the hair and skin. At times, the sebaceous gland is blocked due to which sebum does not get a passage to release the oil. As a result, a cyst starts to grow under that area.
In most of the cases, no specific cause is found. A scratch, a surgical wound or any skin condition can be one of the reasons for blocking the sebum to be released, causing Sebaceous Cyst.
