just to prove it can be reversed the right way.

5 lessons from my journey (apart from diet & exercise):

1️⃣ Sleep 8–9 hours
Fat loss doesn’t happen when you’re awake grinding.
It happens when you’re asleep, recovering.

2️⃣ NEAT > Gym sometimes
More walking, more steps, less sitting.
Daily movement changed everything.

3️⃣ Fix your gut
Added probiotics, removed triggers → bloating gone → waist down.

4️⃣ Hydration is underrated
Water fixed hunger, energy, digestion.
Half your cravings are actually dehydration.

5️⃣ Correct deficiencies
Vitamin D, B12, iron…
When your body works better, fat loss becomes easier.

Shocked to see this belly, right?😳

I started a challenge just to understand my clients better.
But I ended up overeating.

My waist reached 46 inches.

I didn’t come back by punishing myself.❌
✔️No extreme diet. No crazy cardio.
And definitely not abs crunches.

I just went back to basics.
