Obstructive sleep apnea is often underdiagnosed. Cardinal features of the disease includes daytime somnolence, choking events in sleep, fatigue, sleeping while driving or talking to someone. It can be confirmed by sleep study or PSG(Polysomnography) done at hospital. Early diagnosis and CPAP use decreases cardiovascular morbidity.
