A 85yrs old female patient with H/O Ischemic cardiomyopathy with LVEF 18% and COPD brought to ER on dated 27.01.2026 with complain of # distal end of right tibia and fibula. Echocardiogram shows RWMA in right RCA territory with severe LVD and Dilated LV cavity. Patient taken for surgery. Locking nail right tibia and tense nail right fibula was successfully done on 29.01.2026. Now patient is discharging in satisfactory condition on 01.02.2026. Thanks to God and entire Harsh Hospital team for this tremendous task.
