As I a consultant Physician & capable of paying of my services in all respect. Though usually I use to pay services on OPD basis, after p/c I use to inquire past medical as well as the patient's personal Professional, body weight, meals, and corelate the said information with inscription especially orodental, personal hygiene,any wound. Later I used to make a thorough examination i.e, CNS, Resp.GIT & GIT. On the basis of history & examination I draw ascetch of probable cause of ailment & establish my provisional diagnosis. On the basis of my provisional diagnosis I use to initiate the treatment in low dose or for selected days, Earlier I use to urgent or nessesery investigation in an authorized Lab
However I use to treat emergency ad well til he/she gets capable of for the approach to the specic department.
