is not just a phase… it’s a battlefield no one talks about.
Your wife just gave life. Her body is healing.
Her hormones are everywhere.
Her emotions are fragile.
And she needs you — not as a helper… but as a partner. 🤍

Here’s how you can support her ⬇️
💛 Sit with her. Listen without correcting.
💛 Take over chores before she asks.
💛 Validate her feelings — even the messy ones.
💛 Encourage rest, food, and hydration.
💛 Protect her from stress, visitors, and pressure.
💛 Remind her she’s not alone. Not for one second.

A cared-for mother becomes a confident mother.
A supported mother becomes a healed mother.

If you know a new dad, tag him.
If you’re a new mom, this is for you. 🤍✨

Postpartum is a journey back to yourself, and healing isn't linear. Be gentle with yourself as you navigate this new chapter. There is beauty in the mess and strength in asking for help. Your worth is not measured by your perfection, but by your resilience. 🤍

And I’m here to guide you through it every day. 💛

There is a common saying, “Mard ko dard nahi hota” or " Real Men Don't Cry "which means, A real man is one, who can face any challenges, doesn’t get tired, doesn’t cry or, who doesn’t have the right to express his emotions

Toxic Masculinity!

Men are often socialized to hide their emotions, which can be detrimental to their mental health and can lead to increased stress, anxiety and depression
They will not get that so called mardangi ka certificate! This social fear doen’t allow them to become AWARE of their own emotional problems.
Somehow, if they become aware, the stigma surrounding around Men’s mental health prevents them to take support and help!
The result is they suppress their own emotions which lead to frustration, ENGER (Emotional needs gratification enabling resstance), Anger and thus leading to poor communication, lack of intimacy which results in RELATIONSHIP ISSUE

📊What statistics show?
