We're going to come up with Comprehensive Medical Yoga Therapy for knee,
certificate course(20 hours).

On successful completion of this course which includes required class attendance, submission of assignments, evaluation (theory & practicals), students will be awarded a certificate of Yoga Therapy training for Knee Osteoarthritis.
This course will help students to offer palliative and restorative care for Osteoarthritis of Knee.

Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint
1. Anatomy
2. Kinesiology

It is extensively used for last 30 years & is found to be effective in Grade I, II & early III cases.

Practical
Rope and Belt Therapy has three aspects.
1) Modified Yogic Postures divided into
Phase I & Phase II.
Phase I are stretching postures for hamstring & calf muscles to minimise the flexion deformity at Knee Joint.
Phase II are strengthening postures to strengthen the extensors of Knee & hip joints to correct mechanical axis of body.

2) Rope and Belt Therapy for alignment and rotational correction at joints.

3 students per batch.
Days: Saturday from 1 to 5pm
Duration: 5 Saturday-20 hours
