💯Important points 💯
⚠️ When consuming also consume some source of Vitamin C food like lemon, citrus fruits for better absorption of Iron.
⚠️ Just because its fully loaded with nutrients do not over consume it.
Dosage : 1tsp-1Tbsp per day for 3-4 times in a week.
Way's to incorporate them in your food
➡️ Soak in water overnight consume empty stomach with lemon juice
➡️ At bed time, soaked seeds (in water) add them in 1 cup milk
➡️ Add coarsely hand ground seeds along with nuts to ladoo
➡️ Dry roast them and keep in air tight container, can be consumed post meals
