आज बात करते है एक्यूप्रेशर / एक्यूपंक्चर बिंदु SP6 (Spleen 6) की।

SP6 (Spleen 6) एक्यूप्रेशर / एक्यूपंक्चर बिंदु को हिंदी में "तीन यिन संयोग" (Three Yin Intersection) कहा जाता है। यह बिंदु तिल्ली (Spleen), यकृत (Liver), और गुर्दा (Kidney) तीनों यिन अंगों की नाड़ियों का संगम स्थल है।

🔹 स्थान (Location):

SP6 बिंदु पिंडली के अंदरूनी हिस्से में होता है, टखने की ऊँचाई से लगभग 3 अंगुल ऊपर, टिबिया (shin bone) के पीछे।

आज बात करते है एक्यूप्रेशर/ एक्यूपंक्चर पॉइंट LI4 (Large Intestine 4) / हेगु (Hegu) की।

स्थान:
यह बिंदु हाथ की हथेली के ऊपर, अंगूठे और तर्जनी (इंडेक्स फिंगर) की हड्डियों के बीच स्थित होता है। जब आप अंगूठे और तर्जनी को एक साथ दबाते हैं, तो जो मांसल हिस्सा उभरता है, वही LI4 बिंदु है।

मुख्य उपयोग:
LI4 बिंदु को "यूनिवर्सल पेन रिलीवर" भी कहा जाता है। इसका प्रयोग निम्नलिखित समस्याओं के लिए किया जाता है:

सिरदर्द (Headache)

दांत दर्द (Toothache)

तनाव और चिंता (Stress and Anxiety)

गर्दन का दर्द (Neck pain)

जुकाम और फ्लू (Cold & Flu symptoms)

आज बात करते हैं LI11 (लार्ज इंटेस्टाइन 11) के बारे में, जिसे चीनी में "Quchi" कहा जाता है।

स्थिति (Location):
कोहनी (Elbow) पर स्थित है। जब आप अपनी कोहनी को मोड़ते हैं, तो जो बाहरी हिस्सा (Elbow crease) बनता है, उसके अंतिम किनारे पर (Thumb साइड पर) यह बिंदु होता है।
आसान शब्दों में कहें तो, कोहनी के मोड़ पर सबसे बाहरी कोने में।

मुख्य कार्य (Functions):

शरीर से गर्मी (Heat) और सूजन (Inflammation) को दूर करना।
