Probably one of the most satisfying surgeries I have done to date.

I performed a newly invented minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) that I learnt from videos and lectures of and Dr Davinder Grover in this last year. Both doing cutting edge work in the field of glaucoma.

This patient went from 28 preop to 12 two days later and his eye looks as normal as it was before the surgery(2nd image).

is a simple and inexpensive procedure that requires nothing but a and surgical lens. The inner wall of the trabecular meshwork is opened and canulated with 6-0 360 degrees and pulled like a ripcord to break the inner wall. This promotes aqueous drainage out of the eye through the natural pathway as opposed to trab or valve surgeries.

Heterochromia is when there is a difference in a person's eye colour. There are different types of heterochromia. People can have two different coloured eyes or different colours within the same eye.
