✨The true beauty of this comparison photo is that real SMILE on my face on the right✨

I FORCED myself to take as many “before” images even though I hated all of them. I clearly remember looking at each photo after it was taken and my eyes would swell in tears. I questioned how and why I did this to myself, daily.

But these photos FUELED the fire inside me, the fuel I needed for change!

Just over 2.5 years into this wild journey, 140lbs down, and most importantly HEALTHY & THRIVING. 🌸🌿
