My journey into reflexology was born from my own struggles. In my 20s, I faced health challenges mentally and emotionally which led me to explore holistic therapies.

Discovering how much these practices helped me stay balanced sparked a deep passion to study reflexology and help others find their own path to wellness. 👣✨

While reflexology is a top therapy in the UK, it is still quite new here in India. I am on a mission to change that as there is so much to gain from it as both a preventative and healing tool.
