Fact: Light or firm pressure both trigger the same reflex response!
In my practice, I choose a pressure that prioritizes client relaxation and practitioner longevity.

Deep healing doesn’t have to hurt; in fact, when the body is in a state of deep relaxation, it’s often more receptive to the work. 🌿
