A symbolic pause. The shortest day reminds us that even after the darkest moments, light slowly returns. A beautiful time to acknowledge what changed you and what you’re ready to grow into.
🛁 Epsom Salt Foot Bath
A simple ritual that works wonders and one I highly recommend. Magnesium in the salts supports relaxation, eases tension, and prepares the body for deeper sleep. Let warm water hold your tired feet while the day melts away. This is real, nourishing rest.

A gentle way to honour the year.Noticing one thing or many that made you feel supported, joyful, or proud. Gratitude turns moments into gifts we carry forward.
