Before chairs, there was the perfect posture - the Indian squat.
It’s not just a cultural habit. it’s a full-body workout hiding in tradition.

✅ Opens hips
✅ Builds core strength
✅ Improves digestion and alignment

Sometimes, what’s old-school is also the most orthopaedic-approved.

Did you know?
Children with Autism or ADHD often move differently, not wrongly.
Their balance, coordination, or gait may look unusual, but it’s simply the body reflecting how the brain connects and processes movement.

With the right support - therapy, play, and positive movement,
these kids can build strength, coordination, and confidence.

Let’s replace judgment with understanding and help every child move their way.

Protein powders aren’t shortcuts to strength.

For most children, balanced meals give all the protein their growing bones need. Supplements belong only where gaps exist and only with expert guidance.

Today, we celebrate every girl who asked “why?”
Every woman who turned that question into a discovery. And every scientist, doctor and researcher who makes tomorrow safer, stronger, and smarter 🌟

My journey

I graduated from KIMS, Bangalore, India with MBBS degree in medicine in 2012. I realized my dream during this period, it was pursuing a long-term career in orthopedics. I passed with a gold medal in orthopedics from SDUMC, Kolar, India in 2015. I had the privilege to work in BIRRD hospital Tirupati which ignited my passion for pediatric orthopedics.

Inspired, I followed up my interests and worked hard to get the prestigious pediatric orthopedics, hand and spine fellowship in BJ Wadia children’s hospital, Mumbai. I spent 2 years learning the crafts under eminent mentors in the country and passed with flying colors with a super-specialist degree. In that period i had multiple national and international presentations and posters. I also was awarded the POSI pediatric orthopedic travelling fellowship. I got to travel and learn from some amazing surgeons which filled my eagerness to learn and evolve.

I was later selected for the Pediatric orthopedic fellowship in Cincinnati children’s hospital in 2017 and broadened my horizons and skills. In 2018 I moved to UK where I spent 2 years super specializing in young adult and adolescent hip and limb reconstruction fellowship at Sheffield children’s hospital. During my journey I have had the privilege to publish many articles with my mentors and colleagues. I knew I always wanted to come back to India and bring back all the new things I learnt to provide best quality care to the children of our nation.
