As a physiotherapist, some patients leave a mark — and Nasha Elavia is one of them.
At just 21, he was sent by .ortho to my clinic with an ACL tear and a dream: to compete in Triathlon Goa 2025 and hit his target timing.
For two months, he worked with relentless focus through rehab until we cleared him for return to sport. Soon after, he moved away for studies — yet he never missed a beat. He followed every single instruction from his injury-prevention protocol, kept me updated on his milestones, and built his preparation exactly the way we planned.
Despite his demanding schedule, he pushed through 100 BRM rides, 10 km cycles, 200 BRM endurance sessions, and even cycled from Dehradun to Srinagar — all with impressive pacing and discipline. He coordinated seamlessly between me and his coach, always seeking go-aheads before every next challenge.
And on race day, he delivered: 5th place out of 52 participants in his age category at Ironman 70.3 India — just a year after an ACL tear.
I couldn’t be prouder. Nasha isn’t just back; he’s a stronger, smarter, and more resilient athlete than the day he first walked in. His commitment to understanding his body, preventing injury, and training the right way sets him apart.
Here’s to many more finish lines ahead, Nasha — you’ve earned every bit of this.
