"2021 was one of the most challenging years mentally & physically and yet probably one of the best ones too.
Did manage to move from ONE DAY to DAY ONE with some small steps towards fitness.
Apart from things like combination of work out and eating right, there will be good days and bad days, no pain no gain (literally everyday), few things learnt in the journey so far:
Be consistent. Be disciplined. Challenge yourself. Control your mind. Don't give up. Be patient. Stay hungry, it is going to take time so keep going.
In the end it comes down to 1 simple thing: How badly do you want it?
