Fitness journey update.

My friend as well as my good client/workout partner.

You can see the difference between how he has done his fitness journey with us feeling really proud to share his success with everyone.

If you think he has enough time to eat his meal and sleep properly for 8 hours then you're totally wrong he always eats the right amount of food according to his nutrition plan.

is always the busiest person in reality he starts his workout at 05:00AM.

No need to explain what she does! Why everyone thinks being healthy & fit you have to eat tasteless food! No matter what the food tastes like but yes you have to arrange the right food at the right time to achieve your goals. Just like how you should nourish your body with the good stuff, to help fuel and look after it.

"2021 was one of the most challenging years mentally & physically and yet probably one of the best ones too.

Did manage to move from ONE DAY to DAY ONE with some small steps towards fitness.

Apart from things like combination of work out and eating right, there will be good days and bad days, no pain no gain (literally everyday), few things learnt in the journey so far:

Be consistent. Be disciplined. Challenge yourself. Control your mind. Don't give up. Be patient. Stay hungry, it is going to take time so keep going.

In the end it comes down to 1 simple thing: How badly do you want it?

Thank you to all my support system in this journey

Ladies it’s not about diet, it’s about lifestyle change.

Let me tell you something,
I'm Karishma Bhalerao, how my lifestyle changed, is the reason;

I started my career in police department & been part of show.

I wanted to gain confidence & maintain healthy life but couldn’t find proper guidance anywhere. I tried youtube videos, google tips but nothing worked.

Then i opted few months plan for fatloss diet. They also gave me support everytime.

My workout of choice is cardio. It saved my lot of money for choosing gym trainer & different dietician. I am so thankful for the support from .

I'm either working out, in the kitchen or at my desk. Workout & diet is become so easy for me.

My profession is highly active while my modelling passion needs fit body.

I couldn’t thank enough & to help me for who i am today. I feel confident in my body & I’m energetic.

As you can see the difference between those two pictures first one is when we start our journey second one is when we've done our 4 weeks you can see the results directly so i would not write any motivation speech in this post 😉 important thing is we have choose our right things in our life.

Whenever you put your 100% you will see the difference in your body shape but sometimes you will not put efforts and waiting for the results so this is not the perfect choice.

Many of my clients follow the diet & Workout pattern for 1 or 2 months after that they again stick to their old routine eg (stop exercise, eating wrong food, blaming themselves, giving excuses, stop sharing) & many more.

If you can't change your lifestyle so no one will change you can't just sit and waiting for the results.

My friend & client Mr. Abhishek works in IT industry he always believed in himself he started his journey with us and you can see the results.

Every single piece of food matters for your fitness goal if you eating junk food and assuming that you're body shape will maintain whole life so that's the 100% wrong.
