Love has changed so many times in my life.
It was once butterflies and being chosen.

Then it became partnership and quiet strength.
Then it became tiny hands, late nights, and a little voice saying, “Momma.”
And somewhere between giving, nurturing, planning, adjusting…

I realised something.
Love keeps evolving.
But the one version we forget to protect is the love we owe ourselves.

This Valentine’s Day, I’m not just celebrating romance.
I’m celebrating growth.
I’m celebrating motherhood.
And I’m choosing to celebrate me too.

Because when I feel strong, nourished, and happy within,
the love I give my family doesn’t come from exhaustion.

It comes from abundance.
And that changes everything ❤️

A few weeks back, I went on a client call because something didn’t feel right.
Her meals looked mechanical like she was eating just to “get it done.”
No joy, no nourishment, no connection.
And somewhere, I knew this wasn’t a food issue… it was something deeper.
When we got on the call, I saw it instantly.
She looked exhausted. Not physically but emotionally. She felt she was failing. Failing in her routine, failing in her progress, and failing in other parts of her life… and this plan felt like one more thing she wasn’t good enough at.
And that shook me.
Because from our side, we were honestly proud of her.
She was showing up every day. Managing work, kids, home, and still sending consistent updates, even on her worst weeks. Her progress was steady. Her effort was real. Her commitment was stronger than she could see.
So I told her exactly that. I said, “You’re doing better than you think. Better than so many people. And we are genuinely proud of you.”
And the moment I said this… she cried. She broke down.
She said, “No one in my life has ever told me that I’m doing good. Nobody has ever appreciated me.”
And that’s when I felt my eyes well up.
Because why do women, especially moms live life feeling unseen? Why do we put ourselves so low on the priority list that we forget to value our own efforts? Why do we wait for someone else to tell us we are enough? Why do we believe every small slip is “failure,” but we ignore the enormous strength it takes to run a home, raise kids, work, and still try to become better?
I told her what I want to tell every mom reading this today:
You don’t need anyone’s validation to feel proud of yourself.
But if you need it today… take it from me.
You are trying. You are showing up. You are balancing 100 things that nobody even notices. And you’re still choosing to work on yourself. That itself is courage. That itself is strength. That itself is progress.
So hold your head high. Keep moving forward.
And please stop being so harsh on yourself. You are doing so much better than you think.

She didn’t need another diet.
She needed a method that worked with her body.
When weight loss came from restriction, her energy disappeared.
When we focused on balance, timing, and nourishment, her body finally responded.
No extremes.
No starvation.

Just food that fit her culture, workouts she could sustain, and a plan that respected her hormones.
Because real transformation isn’t about losing kilos fast.

It’s about rebuilding health so results actually last.
When you stop fighting your body and start listening to it, change becomes inevitable 🤍

Tiny wins deserve main character energy.

For the longest time, we’re taught to wait for big milestones, but real transformation happens in the quiet, consistent choices we show up for daily. Research shows consistency beats intensity when it comes to sustainable fat loss and long-term health, especially for moms. Every walk, balanced meal, and early night adds up faster than you think. Celebrate the small wins loudly, because they are literally building your future strength.

Post menopause. Low muscle. Slow metabolism
And still she dropped 5 kgs, 6.5 inches from her waist, and got her glow back at 52 ✨

Meet Dharali, someone I’ve known since long before I became a coach
We used to work out together years ago when she was active and consistent
But when she came to me recently, things had changed
She was 52, post menopausal, and struggling
After menopause, her weight had slowly increased
Her muscle tone declined
Her workout intensity dropped
And her metabolism wasn’t the same

Like many women, she thought eating less would help
But her meals were too low in calories and lacked protein
That led to muscle loss, low energy, and a body that stopped responding

So we changed the approach
✅ Rebuilt her diet with enough food, proper protein, and balanced meals
✅ Reintroduced structured strength workouts she could follow consistently
✅ Designed everything around her post menopausal body, not against it

Here’s what happened
💥 Weight dropped from 65 to 60 kgs
💥 Waist reduced from 36 inches to 29.5 inches
💥 Body toned up, posture improved, glow returned
💥 She looks stronger, younger, and more confident than ever

This is what happens when you stop fighting your body
And start fueling it for this phase of life
Menopause is not the end of transformation
It is a chance to rebuild strength, muscle, and metabolism the right way
Dharali is now in her maintenance phase

Next, we move to Phase 2 focused on toning and sculpting
Because this isn’t just about weight loss
It is about feeling powerful in your body at any age
If you are dealing with post menopausal weight gain, low energy, or muscle loss

52 is not too late. It is exactly the right time to begin 💜

Most moms don’t need more discipline.
They need permission to recover.
Your body isn’t meant to “bounce back.”

It’s meant to be rebuilt, gently, intelligently, and with respect for everything it’s carried you through.
Healing after motherhood isn’t linear.
Some weeks are strong. Some are slow.
But consistency beats perfection every single time.

Progress isn’t about going back.
It’s about building forward.
One small, supportive choice at a time 🤍

What I eat at weddings isn’t about restriction, it’s about intention. I show up, I enjoy the food, I dance, and I celebrate without guilt because balance is a skill you can learn. Protein first, mindful choices, a few bites of dessert I actually want, and then I move on. This is how I stay consistent even during wedding season without feeling antisocial or missing out.

January didn’t come with fireworks.
It came with intentions.

Quiet habits.
Small wins.
Gratitude for what already exists.

Some days were strong. Some were slower.
Health wasn’t perfect, but consistency stayed.
No big celebrations, yet life felt full.

This month reminded me that progress doesn’t need noise.
It just needs presence.

Here’s to choosing intention over intensity.
One day at a time 🤍

Movement isn’t something I squeeze in when life allows. It’s something I protect so life feels manageable. Some days it’s strength, some days it’s a walk, some days it’s just stretching and breathing. But that 30 to 60 minutes is mine. It keeps my energy steady, my mind calm, and reminds me that I matter too before I pour into everyone else.

From blackouts and back pain to looking like a newlywed, not a tired mom ✨

Meet Agrima, a working mom who came to us when she was 18 months postpartum, still breastfeeding 3 to 5 times a day, and running on empty

She was struggling with
🔸 Blackouts due to nutritional deficiencies
🔸 Low energy with pain in her legs, ankles, and mid back
🔸 A body that felt heavy, tired, and disconnected from her
🔸 Losing a few kgs here and there but never seeing real tone or strength

When we began, her goal was to reach her pre pregnancy weight of 67 kgs
But as her journey progressed, we helped her dream bigger
To reach the weight she had at the time of her marriage, around 60 kgs, or maybe even beyond

And here is what she achieved
💥 12 kgs lost in 6 months
💥 From 71 kgs down to 59 kgs
💥 Fitting into all her marriage time clothes again
💥 Body lighter, stronger, toned, and energetic

People now tell her
You don’t look like a mom, you look like a newly married girl

And the best part is that she did all of this while
✔️ Still breastfeeding
✔️ Managing her toddler
✔️ Handling work
✔️ Traveling frequently
✔️ Doing 15 to 20 minute workouts on busy days
✔️ Eating simple, realistic meals that suited her lifestyle

No complicated diet
No extreme workouts
Just a plan she could actually follow from anywhere

Agrima’s journey is a reminder that
👉 Weight loss is not just about the number
👉 It is about energy, strength, confidence, and feeling like yourself again

DM LEAN if you are a tired mom trying to get your energy and body back
With the right plan, you can go beyond what you thought was possible 💜

We’re so used to chasing “more discipline, more workouts, more restriction” that we forget the real transformation often begins with recovery, healing, and balance.

This journey isn’t just about shrinking your body. It’s about building a metabolism that supports your hormones, your energy, your sleep, your mood, and your life. When you nourish better, move smarter, and listen to your body instead of fighting it, progress stops feeling like a battle.

Healing > Hustling. Strength > Strain. Alignment > Burnout.
That’s the kind of transformation we’re here for ✨
