आज हम बात करेंगे 3 Common Pad Mistakes की जो आपकी हेल्थ को हानि पहुँचा सकती हैं। 👩‍⚕️
Mistake 1: Pad ज़्यादा देर तक पहनना
“Pad को 4-6 घंटे से ज्यादा पहनना bacteria और infections का risk बढ़ा देता है। Regularly change करें। 🕒”

Mistake 2: Wrong Pad Type चुनना
“Heavy flow वाले दिन light pad या thin pad रोज use करना infections और rashes का कारण बन सकता है। हमेशा अपने flow के अनुसार pad चुनें। ✅”

Mistake 3: Pads को Properly Dispose न करना / Reuse करना
“Used pad को सही तरीके से dispose करना बहुत जरूरी है। Reuse या open-air disposal से bacterial infections बढ़ सकते हैं। 🚫”

Periods ke time sanitary pad galat tarike se use karna infections aur irritation ki wajah ban sakta hai! 🚫

✅ Correct Way to Use Pads:
1️⃣ Pad ko hamesha clean hands se open karein ✋
2️⃣ Pad ko underwear ke center mein sahi tarike se stick karein 👙
3️⃣ Har 4–6 ghante mein pad change karein ⏰
4️⃣ Overnight pads sirf raat ke liye use karein 🌙
5️⃣ Pad dispose karte time wrap karke dustbin me daalein 🚮
