Social media is addictive because it's getting easy to grab your attention with lines that match your mood and needs.
If you feel:
• Tired
• Irritated
• Lonely
• Isolated
• Sleepy
Then it's only because you're overusing social media and are comparing a lot from the videos that you are seeing.
It's not that you stop consuming social media, but consume it mindfully.
Watch posts, videos, vlogs etc. that inspire you, help you learn, grow and help you in your life.
Restrict your time to watch social media and now there are timers and options to turn your phone to greyscale so that you lose interest in watching and endlessly scrolling social media.
