At MFA, our purpose has always gone beyond managing finances – it’s about creating meaningful impact that touches lives.

Over the years, through Ksh*tij, we have found meaningful ways to empower these remarkable individuals with special needs. From gifting their handcrafted creations to our clients during festivities, birthdays, and other special occasions, to hosting exclusive exhibitions in our office where their art finds a platform and further weaving their work into our letters and collaterals. Each step is a way to help them showcase their talent and build a life of dignity and independence.

Chitra Iyer , a special needs parent herself and a Trustee for the Forum for Autism, believes that every creation tells a story of hope, ability, and courage. At MFA, we are honoured to walk alongside them on this journey where financial wellness meets social impact. Do read the article here: https://shorturl.at/p7P8k

What after school? - It’s a question almost every parent of a child with disability wonders.

When school ends, the structure fades, the daily routine changes, and the future can feel unclear, especially if the child hasn’t built real-life skills yet.

In countries like the US, UK, Australia and others this stage is planned for way in advance. Career counselling, internships, and skill-building are part of the process.

In India, everything rests on the parents. We don’t have a system in place, no checklist, no roadmap and no guide. But guess what? You can still navigate your way through this.

In today’s episode of The Special Needs Children Podcast, Chitra Iyer, CEO of MFA Capital, parent to a special needs adult, and Trustee for the Forum for Autism shares practical steps and emotional insights on Vocational Planning for Children with Disabilities.
