Mango avocado salad for dinner!!

Indulge in goodness of mango this mango season with avocado, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onions loaded with roasted almond slices with sweet and tangy mustard dressing!!

Mango :Mango is low in calorie and high in many nutrients especially vitamin C which aids immunity. Mango contains magnesium, potassium and antioxidants all help in good heart health. It also helps in good digestion as it contains dietary fiber, water and digestive enzymes.

Avocado: Avocado is super fruit loaded with healthy fats, fibre and various important nutrients. Avocados are very high in potassium which should support healthy blood pressure levels.
Avocados tend to be rich high in fibre which aids in weight loss. Eating avocados lowers cholesterol levels.

Paneer tikka salad!!

This is for all paneer tikka lovers! Paneer grilled to perfection marinated with tikka spices and combined well with lettuce, cucumber, onions, bell peppers and garnished with croutons with mint dressing!!

Paneer/cottage cheese: Cottage cheese is dense source of protein and is one of the best sources of calcium which is good for bones. It is packed with magnesium which ensures better heart health and immune system. It improves digestion and is good for weight loss.

Healthy sprouts salad!!

Indulge in protein rich salad loaded with sprouts, corn, pomegranate, cucumber, carrots and cherry tomatoes garnished with coriander leaves and lemon dressing!!

Sprouts: Sprouts are extremely nutritious as they tend to contain higher amounts of insoluble fibre and ease in digestion. They also contain lower levels of gluten further improving the digestion process. It also improves blood sugar level and lowers risk of heart disease.

Cherry tomatoes: Cherry tomatoes are full of vitamins and minerals that promote excellent health. They are packed with vitaminC which plays a major part in many body functions. It is best for weight loss, improves immunity and they are rich in lycopene, which is great at fighting any disease.

Cucumber: Cucumber are low-calorie food rich in vitamins and minerals. They contain 96% water, hence promotes hydration. Cucumbers contain good amount of fibre and water, both help to prevent constipation and increase regularity.

Lebanese fattoush salad!!

Got hold of red radishes and couldn’t find a better way to use them in my Mediterranean style fattoush salad inspired by my Dubai friend .abdulkarim

Exotic salad with cucumber, lettuce, bell peppers, parsley and red radish with balsamic vinegar dressing with home made baked pita chips for that crunchy taste!!

Red radish : Power house of vitamin C, potassium and fibre. This root vegetable cleanses the stomach, thus detoxifies the system. It also regulates bile production, safeguards your liver and the gall bladder, and is great for taking care of water retention.

Cucumber: Cucumbers are low calorie, high nutrient food rich in vitamins and minerals, contains antioxidants, promotes hydration and aids in weight loss.

Lettuce: It is an excellent source of Vitamin A and K. It is high in fibre, very hydrating, rich in antioxidants, reduces inflammation and lowers cholesterol levels.

Nutty fruit salad!!
Enjoy this yummy and scrumptious salad with fruits, green apple, oranges, watermelon, pineapple, grapes with lettuce leaves. You can add both iceberg and lollo rosso to this for crunchiness. Enjoy this salad with low fat yoghurt dressing!!

Green apple: Green apple contains lot of fibre which cleans the system and increases metabolism. It is full of minerals like iron, potassium, manganese, copper. It’s also rich in vitamins and antioxidants and is perfect food for weight watchers. It is rich in vitamins A, B & C which helps the skin glow. It’s a natural detoxifier which helps keep your liver, kidneys free from toxins.

Pineapple: Pineapple is incredibly delicious and healthy tropical fruit packed with vitamins and minerals especially vitamin C and manganese. It may boost immunity and suppress inflammation, improves digestion, relief from arthritis symptoms and can lower the risk of cancer.

Crispy corn salad!!
Indulge in this yummy chat salad loaded with veggies, american corn, onions, red cabbage, carrot with cornflakes and peanuts with lemon pepper dressing and mint leaves!! Cornflakes and peanuts add that perfect crunch and mint leaves add to the freshness of the salad.

Red cabbage: Red cabbage is low in calories yet good source of fiber and Vitamins A,C,K and B6. It helps flight inflammation and promotes heart health. It also strengthens bones as it contains small amounts of calcium and manganese. It is good for your gut. This vegetable is incredibly versatile and one of the best way to add antioxidants to your diet.

Try this yummy and scrumptious salad protein bowl loaded with moong dal, coconut , cucumber and coriander leaves!!

Chickpea hummus salad bowl!!
Try this zesty and yummy chickpea hummus salad bowl with veggies and feta cheese!

Sauté the chickpeas with some spices.
Add fresh veggies and stir with hummus dressing!!
Add in chopped coriander and feta cheese on top and relish this salad !!

Mexican bean tortilla soup!!

Indulge in Mexican flavour soup garnished with sliced avocados, kidney beans, cilantro leaves with some cheese and baked tortilla chips!!

Recipe: Add chopped garlic in a pan. Add chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, corn and blanched tomatoes chopped. Add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder and simmer for 15-20 mins on low flame. Pout the same in a bowl and garnish with sliced avocado, kidney beans, baked tortilla chips with some cheese and cilantro on the top!!

Healthy and filling soup for dinner! Must try!!
Health benefits: It has healthy ingredients like tomatoes, beans, carrots which are rich in vitamins and minerals and helps build good immunity and aids digestion and improves metabolism.
