Mango avocado salad for dinner!!
Indulge in goodness of mango this mango season with avocado, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onions loaded with roasted almond slices with sweet and tangy mustard dressing!!
Mango :Mango is low in calorie and high in many nutrients especially vitamin C which aids immunity. Mango contains magnesium, potassium and antioxidants all help in good heart health. It also helps in good digestion as it contains dietary fiber, water and digestive enzymes.
Avocado: Avocado is super fruit loaded with healthy fats, fibre and various important nutrients. Avocados are very high in potassium which should support healthy blood pressure levels.
Avocados tend to be rich high in fibre which aids in weight loss. Eating avocados lowers cholesterol levels.
