✅ At Suhoor, include fiber-rich foods like oats, fruits, soaked chia or flax seeds 💧 Drink 2–3 liters of water between Iftar and Suhoor
🍽️ Break your fast gently with light meals before enjoying heavier foods
🚨 Don’t ignore the urge to pass motion
