Stop the exercise & lightly stretch the muscle, gently hold it for some time.
You may even massage the area.

Apply some heat pad after the stretch for better relief

If you experience cramps on a more regular basis, then adding a few nuts or seeds might be a good choice as they are an excellent source of magnesium.

Ahha!! ALWAYS keep a check on your water intake. Esp if you have a humid climate like mumbai & are WFH then definitely keep a goal & alarm to consume water.
You can consume it in the form of lime juice/fruits juice or any refreshing juice too other than normal water.
This will prevent you from getting those cramps.

Lastly, walking around may help to ease the cramps (if it's in leg) or else just free movements of that particular joint.
