In the last week, I conducted private angamardana sessions for restaurateurs Glenice Dsa and Diego Miranda. This is what they shared after the sessions.

Angamardana, is a hatha yoga practice with a series of 31 yogic processes (standing, squatting, sitting & lying down). It works on all the joints and helps to reach the peak of physical & mental health. There is no need for any fitness equipment, and it can be practiced even when you are traveling.
