When you are angry it's important to feel your anger and ask yourself, "What's happening for me in this moment?"
Truly understand what is causing the anger and once you do understand then you can take an action. Sometimes the action is no action you have worked it out of you, and then sometimes you need to have the conversation. You will know which is right for you.
Waiting until you understand opens the door to finding a solution. It doesn't mean you will get exactly what you want but you definitely will feel ready to move on with ease and confidence. ~ xoxo Michelle & Barb
