Tips for healthy eyes-
1. Eat healthy - your diet must be balanced and healthy. Avoid junk food. Your diet should be rich in fruits and vegetables, especially bright leafy vegetables.
2. Exercise regularly - This is a must for general body fitness and overall health and general well-being.
3. Give up addictions, avoid smoking.
4. Always protect your eyes by wearing a protective eye glass or sunglasses.
5. When in trouble always consult your eye doctor.
6. Do not use any medicine or eye drops without consulting your eye doctor.
7. Go for regular eye checkups.
8. In case of a family history of eye disease, make sure you talk to your eye doctor.
