(kPa) of liver reduced by 10 counts from 21 => 11 kPa

Liver steatosis stage remained as previous count was 285 => now 209
which accounts as normal.

Today studied about sugar free 'chywanprash' in which they use FOS- FRUCTOOLIGOSACCCHRIDE which is extracted from BLUE ALGAVE PLANT which is mostly cultivated in Mexico...

Now questions are,
Is it safe to eat as 'non side effect tendency' ??
Is it gives same result as classical chywanprash??
Or its only for Diabetic Patient..
Can Ayurvedic Doctor Prescribe.??
