🍯 Healthy Beetroot Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 grated beetroots
• 1 tsp ghee
• 3–4 tbsp jaggery
• 1 cup milk or almond milk
• 2 cardamom pods
• Raisins + almonds
• Pinch nutmeg (optional)

Method:

Heat ghee, sauté grated beetroot for 3–4 mins.

Add milk, cook until soft.

Add jaggery & mix well.

Add cardamom, nuts, raisins.

Cook thick & glossy.

Serve warm for winter nourishment ❄️✨

Have 2–3 tbsp as a snack, not with meals.

🌾✨ Bajra Ladoo – Winter Superfood Sweet
Warm, nourishing, immunity-boosting — and yes, totally weight-loss friendly when eaten right!

💛 Key Winter Benefits:
🔥 Provides warmth & sustained energy
🛡 Boosts immunity (iron, zinc, magnesium)
🌿 Improves digestion (high fibre, gut-friendly)
💪 Good for bone & heart health (calcium & healthy fats)

🍪 Healthy Bajra Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Bajra flour
• ½ cup jaggery
• ¼ cup ghee
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp crushed almonds/cashews
• 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
• ½ tsp cardamom powder
• Pinch dry ginger

Method:

Dry roast bajra flour until aromatic.

Add ghee and mix until sandy.

Melt jaggery with a little water into syrup.

Add jaggery syrup to bajra.

Add nuts, sesame, flaxseed, cardamom, dry ginger.

Mix and shape into ladoos while warm.

Healthy Tip:
Have 1 small ladoo with mid-morning tea or as a 4 PM snack.
